Our Approach
Full-Service Planning & Design
This is our white glove service, where we work together in creating the details that only dreams are made of. This is a luxury experience that unfolds throughout the entire planning experience, not just wedding day. We take your love story and personalities and infuse them throughout all of the details. Our process is so seamless, stress free, and downright exciting that you will enjoy the entire planning process from beginning to end. We are luxury experience designers, and that entails working together to incorporate what you and guests will see, hear, smell, taste and touch, and in return you and guests will create a core memory that can be shared over lifetimes to come. Behind the scenes we are creating and managing your budgets, designing/ managing the logistics and sourcing and vetting all your vendors, so you can enjoy the fun parts of wedding planning and know everything is handled.
Our rate for this service is 10% of the managed wedding budget with a minimum base fee.
Month-of Coordination
For couples who are completely comfortable designing their vision, vetting and sourcing their own vendors, but just need a little support and management along the way. This robust package is not your average package, as we are working with you up to 9 months prior to your wedding. We want you to reach out when you have questions or need recommendations. We are here to review all of your contracts and invoices and make sure no detail is left forgotten. Once your wedding day is approaching you can hand it all over! Because we have been working together throughout your planning process, we know exactly how you want things and can execute it flawlessly, so that you, your fiance, and family can enjoy every single second of this magical day.
We start the booking process for this service 9 months prior to your event. Our rates start at $3,500.
